A structured path from entry to independence.
The probation period is the initial adjustment phase for all new residents. During this time, residents are expected to settle in, become familiar with house rules, and begin or continue their job search. Overnight passes are not permitted. This phase focuses on establishing a strong routine and demonstrating commitment to the program.
Phase One residents have completed probation and demonstrated initial commitment. Curfew is extended and the structure remains firm but with slightly more flexibility. Residents continue building routines around work, recovery meetings, and household responsibilities.
Phase Two introduces greater independence. Residents who have maintained good standing may request limited overnight passes with prior approval. This phase recognizes progress and begins preparing residents for eventual transition to independent living.
Phase Three is the final stage before transitioning to independent living. Residents in this phase have demonstrated sustained recovery, responsibility, and accountability. They enjoy the most flexibility while still maintaining connection to the sober living community.
Note: Phase advancement is based on compliance with program rules, demonstrated sobriety, and housing manager approval. Residents may be moved back to a previous phase if expectations are not met.
